Shelly Hinde is an experienced professional in client service management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Client Service Management for the APAC region at Transaction Network Services since February 2019. Prior to this role, Shelly held various positions at First Data, including Vendor Relationship Manager and Operations Team Lead, contributing to the company's success from September 2013 to February 2019. Earlier career experience includes a role as Customer Service Operations Manager at Geeks2U from July 2011 to May 2012, along with several positions at First Data that encompassed several facets of client services. Shelly's educational background includes attendance at The Illawarra Grammar School from 1993 to 2006.
