Rabia Kapila is a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer (SDET) with experience at Transaction Network Services since January 2021. Prior to this role, Rabia served as a System Design Engineer at T-Mobile, collaborating with the Core Design team on UCC launch plans and supporting network software rollouts, as well as troubleshooting various communication protocols. Experience as a Telecom System Engineer at AT&T included expertise in EPC and IMS architecture, focusing on VoLTE, IMS, and WLAN service verification. Rabia also worked as a Software Engineer at LG Soft India, gaining knowledge in SIP architecture and IMS project requirements, and began the career as a Software Developer at Newgen Software, understanding document management solutions and client needs. Rabia holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Chitkara University, obtained in 2015.
