Mehmet Necati Baser is a seasoned quality assurance and engineering professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and VoIP technologies. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at Transaction Network Services since December 2016, Baser manages TNS's resolution server, focusing on real-time data and automation testing. Prior experience includes a decade at Time Warner Cable as a Senior VoIP Engineer, where Baser oversaw Core IMS elements and resolved call flow issues. Baser also spent eight years at Cisco as a Senior Software Test Engineer, leading compliance testing, and six years at Nortel Networks - Netas in various engineering roles, verifying signaling protocols. Baser holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Istanbul Technical University and a high school diploma from Ankara Bahcelievler Deneme Lisesi.
