Karen Miller is a seasoned Technical Project Manager at Transaction Network Services since July 2019, focusing on program management within the Payments Product Marketing Organization. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Verizon Enterprise Solutions from January 2004 to December 2018, including Advanced Communication Product/Development Manager, where responsibilities included management of the global Voice over IP (VoIP) product and implementation of strategic goals for large enterprise and Federal Government customers. Karen also oversaw the VoIP yearly capital budget as a Product Development Manager, performing analyses and recommending project prioritization for capital investments. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from American University and a BS in Business from the University of Maryland.
