Josh Stahl is an experienced leader in technical support and client services, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at WellSky since February 2024. Prior to this role, Stahl held the position of VP of Client Support at Outcomesâ„¢ from January 2022 to February 2024 and spent over a decade at Cerner Corporation, where responsibilities included managing support operations for multiple business units, leading teams of over 400 associates, and achieving or surpassing service level agreements. Stahl's earlier roles included managing centralized Help Desk operations and serving as a Support Analyst, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of client needs and technical support processes. Stahl began a career in technology at Dell Inc. and Sprint Nextel, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Fort Hays State University.
