Gillian O'Callaghan FCCA is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in statutory compliance and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Accountant for Statutory and Compliance at Transact Campus since June 2023, Gillian previously held the position of Finance Manager at PBC BioMed and Xperi Corporation, where responsibilities included managing R&D tax credits and various grants across multiple countries. Earlier roles included Finance Manager at CelgenTek and General Ledger Accountant at Enterasys Networks, overseeing financial operations for diverse regions including Ireland, the UK, Germany, Australia, China, Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands. Gillian O'Callaghan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Galway and is a member of the ACCA.
