Dominik Kulpa is an experienced professional currently serving as Underwriting Manager and Head of CEE at Transact Risk Partners since April 2024. Previously, Dominik held the position of Senior M&A Underwriter for the CEE region. Prior to this role, Dominik worked at WKB Lawyers from January 2019 to March 2024 as Managing Associate, Advocate, and M&A Private Equity specialist. Dominik's career also includes a consultant position at Knight Frank in 2018, and an associate role focusing on M&A at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 2016 to 2018. Dominik holds degrees from the University of Warsaw and the University of Ottawa, and is a licensed attorney through the Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka w Warszawie.
