Lynn Russo has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lynn started their career in the United States Air Force in 1980, where they served as a Switchboard/International Lead. After leaving the military, they joined Metavante in 1994 as a Facilities Coordinator. In 2007, Lynn Russo moved to Cayen Systems, where they worked as a Business Development Manager until 2016. In 2017, Cayen Systems was acquired by TransACT Communications, and Lynn Russo continued their career with the company as a Senior Account Manager and Customer Care Representative. Lynn'sresponsibilities at TransACT included serving as an industry expert and advocate for customers, providing support and training, conducting onboarding for clients, and managing the renewal process. Lynn also played a key role in the development and implementation of various software solutions for school districts and community programs. Lynn Russo's work experience demonstrates their expertise, dedication, and adaptability in various roles and industries.

Lynn Russo obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Baltimore, from 1996 to 1999.
