Indri Susanti has over 18 years of experience in production operations and organizational development, currently serving as the Production Operations Section Head at TRANS7 since August 2005. In this role, Indri Susanti focuses on employee training and skill development while collaborating with employers to align with company needs. Prior to TRANS7, Indri Susanti worked at AIMS Consultants from May 2001 to July 2005 in Marketing Communication and managed MR ISO 9000 initiatives. Indri Susanti holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Padjdjaran, completed in 2000.
