Volker Heistermann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, and venture building, currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Strategic Corporate Partnerships at Mosaic Venture Lab since February 2019. Under Volker's leadership, Mosaic Venture Lab has scaled to over 20 professionals, successfully establishing partnerships with major automotive corporations including Audi AG and Volkswagen AG. Volker also holds the position of Co-Chairman of the Technology Committee at the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan, focusing on fostering EU-Taiwan tech collaboration. Additionally, Volker serves as a Venture Partner at the Trans-Pacific Technology Fund and as Managing Director at Yushan Ventures, with a strong emphasis on automotive and deep tech innovation. Volker's prior roles include Strategic Innovation Advisor at AUDI AG and Vice President of Sales at Rutberg & Co. Volker's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Law from Bielefeld University and a Certificate in International Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley.
