Raj Kamal has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Raj is currently the Founder & CEO of TransFi and also serves as an Independent Director at LIC. Before this, they had a significant role as the Chief Executive Officer of OYO Vacation Homes from July 2020 to April 2021, and prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer from January 2020 to July 2020. Additionally, they co-founded Apara Capital from January 2018 to December 2019. Raj Kamal also held key positions at Naspers Limited, where they served as the Global Head of Investments / M&A and Global Head of Credit for Naspers Fintech - PayU from July 2015 to October 2017. Furthermore, they had a successful career at McKinsey & Company, starting as a Consultant from July 2003 to December 2010 and later becoming a Partner from January 2011 to June 2015. Raj Kamal's education history begins in 1988 when they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and obtained a B Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1992. Following this, in 2002 they pursued an MBA at the Indian School of Business, specializing in Management.
