Makwande Ngezana is a Junior Technician in the Substations department at Trans-Africa Projects since March 2022, focusing on substation design and implementation, particularly in primary plant design. Prior to this role, Ngezana was an Electrical Engineering Trainee at Trans-Africa Projects, completing a comprehensive training program that emphasized design standards and engineering processes. Ngezana also gained experience as an Installation Technician at Globaltrack for a brief period in 2022 and served as an Engineering Trainee at AutoX, Inc., where responsibilities included fault inspection of machinery and electrical maintenance tasks.
