Patrick Iserhien has significant experience in production and quality improvement, currently serving as Production Team Lead at Tranos since January 2016. In this role, Patrick implemented standard sheet metal forming processes, achieving over a 50% reduction in forming errors and non-conformances in 2020, and further improved operations in the subsequent year. Under Patrick's leadership, a team was recognized as the best performing team in October 2021 for achieving operations, quality, and continuous improvement goals. Patrick's earlier experience includes roles as a CNC Pressbrake Machinist at Tranos Contracting Limited, a Graduate Intern at Finger and Nature Farm focusing on catfish breeding and production, and an ICT instructor at ACGS in Ibadan. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, completed in 2012.
