Currently serving as the Director of Category Management at Trane Technologies, a $17 billion leader in HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, Darryl leads a team of global sourcing professionals, driving competitive advantages through strategic partnerships. Prior roles include Commodity Director at Ingersoll Rand, where leadership spanned sourcing teams across multiple continents, and Senior Director of Global Sourcing at Newell Rubbermaid, overseeing sourcing initiatives for the Tools segment. With a strong foundation in supply chain strategy developed during tenures at Bank of America, Solectron Corporation, and the United States Army, Darryl holds an MBA in Finance from Duke University and a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
