Lucy Frances Pope has a diverse work experience. Lucy Frances began their career in 2010 as a Store Manager and Barista at Happy Potter Ceramics. In 2013, they were hired as a Graphic Design Intern at Welcom Digital, where they worked on various projects such as greetings card design, character design, illustration, pitch documents, pitch visuals, infographics, logo design, web design and branding. In 2014, they began working as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Turley, and a Senior Graphic Designer & Committee Member for Leeds RAG. In 2015, they worked as a Freelance Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Strategist, and in 2016, they began working as a Middleweight Graphic Designer at LateRooms.com. In 2018, they began working as a Mid-Senior Digital Designer and VeryMe Rewards Lead Creative at Vodafone, and in 2022, they became the Creative Lead at Tranch.

Lucy Frances Pope obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communication and Design (Inds) from the University of Leeds between 2011 and 2015. In July 2020, they obtained a Creative Direction certification from the University of the Arts London.
