Beatriz Villarreal is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and training. Currently serving as HR Manager at Trancasa since September 2022, Beatriz previously held the position of HR Supervisor at TPI Composites, Inc. from September 2020 to September 2022 and at Springs Window Fashions from October 2013 to August 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Sr HR Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at Jabil from 2011 to October 2013, and Training Coordinator. Beatriz began their career in human resources as a Training Assistant at Eaton from January 2004 to April 2009. Beatriz holds a degree in Information Technology from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas, obtained in 2004.
