Alessandro Bampa has a diverse work experience in various marketing and leadership roles. Alessandro is currently the Head of Marketing at Tramontina USA, Inc., where they lead the brand strategy for the U.S. market. Prior to this, they worked at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. as the Senior Director of Innovation, Frozen Meals, and later as the Sr. Director of Marketing, Asian Frozen Meals. In these roles, they were responsible for new product development, brand strategy, innovation roadmapping, and managing team and budget. Previously, they served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Piaggio Group Americas, Inc., overseeing marketing for multiple motorcycle and scooter brands. Alessandro also worked at Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. as the Marketing Director, Premium Chocolate, the Director of New Product Development, and the Marketing Manager, Spreads. In these positions, they managed product portfolios, developed innovation roadmaps, and led marketing efforts.
