Ana Isabel Martínez has been with Tralix since December 2010, currently serving as Gerente de Administración de Proyectos y Procesos, focusing on the maturation of the PMO and certification matrix PAC. Previous roles at Tralix include Project Administrator, ensuring the quality of product implementation projects under PMI methodology, and Process Coordinator and Analyst, where Ana Isabel analyzed and documented processes for product implementation and continuous improvement. Before Tralix, Ana Isabel worked at Comisión Federal de Electricidad as an Auxiliary in the IT Department, developing the intranet site for CFE Zona San Juan del Río. Ana Isabel holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de San Juan del Río, completed in 2010.
