Stefan Bardega currently serves as the Global Head of Performance Marketing at IDX™, a role held since May 2023 after integration with Traktion, a performance marketing firm co-founded by Stefan in May 2020. Under Stefan's leadership, Traktion grew to include over 1,000 experts across 75 disciplines and supported major brands such as Google, Asda, and Monzo. Prior to this, Stefan was the President of iProspect EMEA from January 2017 to May 2020, where revenue doubled to £200 million and a team of 2,000 experts operated across 35 countries. Stefan also held the positions of CEO UK and Global Chief Digital Officer at ZenithOptimedia from January 2014 to December 2016 and was the Managing Partner and Head of Digital at MediaCom from September 2006 to January 2014, significantly expanding digital marketing teams and strategies for clients like Microsoft, Sky, and Diageo.
