Roma Mansukhani has extensive work experience as a Systems Engineer. Roma began their career at Union Switch & Signal, Inc. in 1979 and continued to work there until 2009. In 1985, they also worked at Union Switch & Signal as a Systems Engineer. Additionally, they worked at Trainyard Tech LLC starting in 2009 in the same role.

Roma Mansukhani completed their undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1964 to 1969.
