Qin Su has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Starting in 2008, they worked as an intern at L'Oréal in the Finance Department. Following that, they had an internship at Ipsos Business Consulting. In 2010, Qin worked as an Analyst at NRI (Nomura Research Institute). Qin then joined Deloitte UK in 2011, where they progressed to the role of Senior Consultant and worked with C-level executives on various business problems. Qin joined TotallyMoney in 2017 as a Commercial Manager and later held positions as Head of Cards, Head of Cards and Loans, and finally as Commercial Director. In 2022, they became the Commercial Director at Rosecut, a wealth tech startup. Currently, Qin is the Head of Go-To-Market at Trainline, responsible for the go-to-market strategy in the UK, Sustainability, and Inbound markets.
Qin Su completed a Master's degree in Management at the London Business School from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, Qin Su pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Fudan University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, Qin Su participated in an exchange program at the University of Bergen (UiB) to study Economics.
