Loïc Le Henaff is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Platform Engineering Team Lead at Trainline since January 2023. Previously, Loïc held the position of Software Engineering Team Lead at BBC from March 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams to modernize backend services and manage legacy systems. Loïc has also contributed as a Coding Mentor at Code Your Future, guiding refugees and underprivileged individuals in web development. Earlier roles include Senior DevOps Engineer and Tech Lead at ThoughtWorks, Senior Software Developer at Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, and positions related to security and software development at various companies, including Steria and Sun Microsystems. Loïc holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes and has pursued research studies at Capital Normal University and Université de Rennes I.
