John Wilkes is an experienced Technical Program Manager and Analyst with a diverse background in technology and financial systems. Currently at Trainline since March 2022, John is involved in managing tech systems costs and strategy, previously serving as a Senior Business Analyst in the Search & Realtime team. Prior experience includes a decade at RateSetter, where John progressed from Financial Systems Developer to Financial Systems Architect, leading teams in project planning and architectural design. John's earlier roles include System Development Consultant at IT2 Treasury Solutions and Event Producer at A Door In A Wall, with an initial position as Production Programmer at ClinPhone. John holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham.
