Melanie Underwood has extensive work experience in the field of client services, operations, and learning technology services. Melanie most recently worked as the Director of Client Services at TrainingPros since 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2018, they held the position of Director of Operations & Learning Technology Services Manager at Sumaria Networks, LLC. Before that, Melanie worked at Accenture from 2001 to 2009, where they held various roles including Delivery Service Manager, Support Center Management Senior Specialist, Virtual Instructor-Led (vILT) Global Manager, and eLearning Transformation Team member. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Production Manager of eLearning Solutions at Avaya from 1998 to 2001, and as a Training Center - Systems Administrator at Alcatel-Lucent from 1995 to 1998.
Melanie Underwood completed an Associates degree in Business Administration from Barnes Business College from 1982 to 1984. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Metropolitan State University of Denver. In addition to their education, Melanie received the President's Award in 2020 from TrainingPros in April 2021.
