Carol McClement has over 15 years of experience in training and performance consulting, currently serving as a Relationship Manager at TrainingPros since May 2008, where partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies are established to deliver qualified human performance professionals. In addition, Carol has been the President of Green Light Consulting, Inc. since January 2006, focusing on designing and implementing customized training and coaching solutions. Previously, Carol held the position of Business Solutions Manager at Harper College from 1997 to 2003. Carol's educational background includes studies at Michigan State University and Wayne State University.
