Frank Pipp is an experienced customer success manager currently at TrainingPeaks since December 2013, providing solutions for athletes. Prior to this role, Frank served as a professional cyclist with BISSELL Pro Cycling from January 2009 to December 2013, where responsibilities included acting as the main liaison between team riders and management and promoting sponsor products at media events. Frank also held positions as a professional cyclist with Health Net pb Maxxis from January 2007 to December 2008 and as rider/manager and team captain at Team Sports, Inc. from January 2004 to December 2006, both roles involving communication facilitation and sponsor promotion. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
