Giacomo De Mori possesses extensive experience in both travel assistance management and Italian language instruction. Since May 2010, Giacomo has held the position of Jefe de Unidad de asistencia en viaje and has also served as the evening shift coordinator at ARAG España. Parallel to this role, Giacomo has been teaching Italian as a second language at various institutions, including Training Express since September 2016, and previously at Aprenem Drassanes, BCN Languages, Oxford House Empresas, and International House Milan. Giacomo's academic background includes a Master's degree in Teaching Italian as a Second Language from Università per Stranieri di Perugia and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Literature from Università degli Studi di Milano.
