Greg Waddoups has held various roles in the education and business sectors. From 2000 to 2006, they served as the Associate Director of Instructional Design and Evaluation at Brigham Young University. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Director of Institutional Research at Western Governors University. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Associate Dean of Instructional Design, Assessment and Evaluation at The Jack Welch Management Institute. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Learning at AAPC. Most recently, since 2017, they have been the CEO/Founder of Trainicity, a company that helps clients develop learning strategies, implement technologies, and develop training programs and courses to meet their business objectives.
Greg Waddoups received their BA in Communication Studies from the University of Utah in 1990. Greg then went on to obtain an MA in Speech Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1993. Greg continued their studies at the same university and received their PhD in Educational Psychology in 1999.
