Sonya Bendriem is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in the gaming and research industries. Currently working at Trailmix Games since March 2022, Sonya previously served as a Mobile Game Data Analyst at Square Enix, where analyses in R and data mining in Big Query enhanced understanding of player behavior. As a Senior Research & Data Analyst at Aptology, project management led to the development of a bias-free assessment utilized in machine learning products. Earlier roles include Senior Research Analyst at Thomas International, where Sonya managed global talent analytics projects, and full-time Research Assistant at Stanford Graduate School of Business Behavioral Lab, conducting numerous behavioral studies. Sonya holds a Master of Science in Human Decision Science from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from American University.
