Debbie Zwick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, human resources, and development. Currently serving as the Development Manager and previously as Development Coordinator at Rails-To-Trails Conservancy since December 2013, Debbie has a strong foundation in building organizational capacity. Prior to this role, Debbie worked as an Elementary School Teacher for Montgomery County Public Schools from 2005 to 2015 and at The Byrnes School from 1988 to 1991. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Euro Motorcars Bethesda from 1993 to 2000 and as a Project Manager/Information Specialist at Capital Systems Group from 1991 to 1993. Debbie holds a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Johns Hopkins University School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Wittenberg University.
