Wil Grace is the Co-Founder and Product Director at Trail. Prior to that, they were a Senior Producer at Ostmodern from June 2012 to March 2013. During their time there, they led the design and development team in delivering the cross-platform product and roadmap. Wil also worked on an innovative new On Demand service for a Russian client. From May 2013 to May 2014, they were a Senior User Experience Designer at Massive Interactive, Inc. There, they designed an ambitious new multiplatform Video Platform for STC, Dubai. Wil also worked on concepts and prototypes for the new Rogers video service in Canada. Prior to that, they were a Senior UXD Producer at Massive Interactive from October 2010 to July 2012. Before that, they were a Senior Producer at AllofUs from April 2008 to February 2010.

Wil Grace has a MA in Interactive Multimedia from the London College of Communication, a BA in American Wil'story from the University of Warwick, and an International Baccalaureate in Art, Wil'story, English, Design Technology, Spanish, Maths from the United World College of the Atlantic. Wil also has GCSEs from Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf.

Wil Grace reports to Joe Cripps, Co-Founder & Managing Director. They are on a team with Francesca Moores - Product Lead, Gemma Thomas - Head of Growth, and Ben Peck - Head of Partnerships.
