Rodrigo Murguiarte

Digital Products Program Manager + Tech PMO Lead at Trafilea

Rodrigo Murguiarte has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rodrigo started their career as an Analyst at BML Collection Services S.A., where they were responsible for analyzing massive data sets and designing information analysis processes.

Rodrigo then transitioned to Banco Galicia as an Account Executive, where they focused on selling banking products, capturing deposits, and providing investment advice to clients.

After that, Rodrigo co-founded Club Link, where they served as the Co-founder. In this role, they managed the general operations, brand development, and overall supervision of the Entrepreneurship, Consulting, and Financial areas of UCA's Link Club. Rodrigo aimed to provide UCA's students with the necessary tools and skills for their professional growth in the entrepreneurial, financial, and consulting fields.

Rodrigo then joined the Secretaría de Modernización de la Nación Argentina as a Senior Business Process Analyst. Rodrigo held this position for two years and was involved in various process improvement projects.

Following this, Rodrigo joined Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires as a Senior Business Process Analyst. Their primary responsibilities included designing business processes and management systems based on a process-oriented vision, contributing to the bank's strategy and continuous improvement.

Rodrigo's most recent experiences include working at Shapermint and Trafilea as a Digital Products Senior Project Manager, IT Process Specialist, and Digital Products Program Manager. In these roles, they managed the full digital product development life cycle, led cross-functional teams, and implemented Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within budget. Rodrigo also utilized DevOps practices to ensure efficient and continuous delivery of digital products.

Rodrigo Murguiarte's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. Rodrigo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Isabel I, which they attended from 2020 to 2021. During the same period, they also completed a Master's degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence from the same university.

Prior to their master's studies, Rodrigo earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', where they studied from 2009 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Rodrigo has obtained several certifications. Rodrigo has a Product Manager Certificate from Coderhouse, which they received in August 2022. In January 2021, they completed the Curso Design Thinking and Curso Transformación Digital from Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP. Moreover, they became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through the IBM certification program in November 2020. Rodrigo is also certified in Agile Marketing from LinkedIn and Fundamentos de Marketing Digital from Google Activate, both achieved in September 2020. Furthermore, Rodrigo possesses certifications in Lenguaje no verbal para líderes and SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis from LinkedIn, obtained in September 2020 and May 2020, respectively. Additionally, they completed a Curso de Indicadores de Desempeño from UTN BA in April 2020.

As for language proficiency, Rodrigo has an EF SET Certificate in English from EF Standard English Test, earned in October 2020. In the past, they obtained the Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge in 2007 and the First Certificate in English from the same institution in 2005.

Finally, Rodrigo possesses expertise in Google Analytics, as demonstrated by their certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in September 2020.
