Domas Ričkus has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Domas began their career as an Intern at SEB Lietuvoje in 2010, followed by a role as a Business Analyst at Civitta in 2011. Domas then held a position as a Sales Manager at Giflobo in 2011, and a Project Manager at Telenordi in the same year. In 2015, they worked as a Consultant at EY, and also as a Project Manager at CSC. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at DXC Technology as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Currently, they are the Projects Director at Trafi.

Domas Ričkus obtained a Master's degree in International Marketing and Management from ISM University of Management and Economics between 2013 and 2015. Domas also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Politics from the same university, which they obtained between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, Domas has obtained a number of certifications, such as Leading SAFe Course (4.6) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, ITIL® Service Transition Certificate from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2017, PSM I from Scrum.org in 2017, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2015, and PMP from Project Management Institute in 2016.
