Boyd Wilson has over 20 years of work experience. From 1996 to 1998, they served as the Director of Engineering at OCD Network Systems. From 1998 to 2001, they were the Director of Computing at Miami University. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as the Software CTO at Clemson University. In 2006, they became the President and CEO at Omnibond, where they built relationships with strategic partners and helped lead the company into four strategic areas. In 2011, they became the CEO at TrafficVision.

Boyd Wilson attended Talawanda High School before going on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Miami University in 1992.
