Esko Rissanen has a diverse range of work experience in the sales and marketing industry. Esko worked at Traffic Lab ApS as the Head of Accounts, where they led a team of account managers focused on growing the book of business and increasing sales in the igaming industry. Prior to this, Esko was the Head of Affiliates at Gaming Innovation Group, responsible for expanding the customer base of GiG's brands through negotiations and partnership sales. Esko also worked at Google Marketing Solutions as a Sales Operations Manager, overseeing sales operations in the Nordic Agency Landscape and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, Esko held roles at Google ETO - TP Vendor, managing a team of Account Strategists, and at Google AdWords ETO, where they were responsible for managing a team of Online Strategists and conducting direct sales to the Finnish SMB market. Throughout their career, Esko demonstrated the ability to drive revenue growth, mentor teams, and achieve sales targets.
Esko Rissanen attended Ressun Lukio High School from 1994 to 1997. Esko then enrolled at the Finnish Army Reserve Officer School in 1997 and completed the program in 1998, earning the rank of 2nd lieutenant. From 1999 to 2002, they studied Business Administration and Management at Georg August Universität Göttingen. Esko later pursued Political Science and History at Universität Göttingen from 2002 to 2009, although the degree obtained is not specified. Alongside their formal education, Esko Rissanen obtained several certifications in digital advertising from Google in 2017.
