Prior to this role, Paula held the position of Group Payroll Manager at Qdos Entertainment Ltd from February 2008 to July 2022. Paula's career in payroll management began at Atlas Ward Structures Ltd, where the role of Payroll Manager was held from February 1982 to December 2000.
