Landris Johnson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 2015, they joined Grace Hospice as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they stayed until November 2017. Following that, they worked at New Hope Hospice Care as Vice President of Operations from July 2017 to August 2019. In 2020, they joined Traditions Health as Director of Sales Integration M&A and Director of Business Development.

Landris Johnson attended Mansfield High School from 1988 to 1991. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from North Central College, which they attended from 1992 to 1994. Johnson furthered their education by obtaining another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
