Winnie Nørgaard Høgh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Winnie started their career as a Sales Assistant at BESTSELLER in 2012 before joining Billund Lufthavn as a Sales Assistant in the Bestseller store. Winnie then worked as a Store Manager at Falkenberg sko from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, Winnie joined Bahne as a Sales Assistant and continued in that role until 2018. In 2016, they started working as a Freelance Retail Designer and Stylist at Noer Studio until 2020. Winnie also had an internship at Wolff Lyon Architects in 2017. In 2018, Winnie became a Store Manager at &Tradition, and later transitioned to roles such as Sales Visual Lighting and Sales Visual Retail. Winnie then took on the role of Regional Wholesale and Visual Merchandise before becoming a Visual Merchandise & Project Management professional at the same company in 2023.

In 2010 to 2012, they enrolled in Hapa to complete their sales assistant apprenticeship with specialization in textiles.

Between 2014 and 2016, Winnie Nørgaard Høgh attended TEKO, focusing on retail design and management. Winnie obtained a degree in Designteknolog in the field of retail design and management.

Finally, in 2016 to 2017, they studied at VIA University College, where they completed their degree in retail design and further explored the intersection of design and business.
