Ryan Bernardini is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the foreign exchange options market. Currently serving as Co-Head of FX Options for Emerging Markets at Tradition Securities and Futures since March 2021, Ryan has significantly transformed the business by increasing market share from 5% to 35% in two months and tripling monthly revenue. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Strategic Advisor at Stream Systems LLC, and held key positions at GFI Group, where responsibilities included modernizing pricing models and developing market share metrics. Additionally, Ryan has a strong background as a Senior FX Options Broker at Tradition Securities and Futures and as a Foreign Exchange Options Trader at Morgan Stanley. Educationally, Ryan holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Political Science from Rider University.
