Razvan Dobre is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development, particularly in Java and cloud-based technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Tradeshift since October 2024, Razvan previously led cross-functional teams and contributed to complex product development at nShift, where roles included Team Leader & Scrum Master and Software Engineer. With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of delivering reliable and scalable solutions using AWS, Razvan has also held positions at Enghouse, ING Belgium, RINF, and Romsys, focusing on telecommunications and banking systems.
