Aurelian Masdrag is an experienced engineering manager and project manager with a robust background in managing engineering teams and Agile projects across multiple countries. Currently at Tradeshift since May 2017, Aurelian oversees engineering teams, aligning roadmaps and strategies while managing development and testing pipelines. Prior experience includes significant roles at Capgemini, TotalSoft, TeamNet, and SIVECO Romania, where Aurelian successfully led various projects, including strategic sourcing applications and process optimizations. Aurelian holds multiple professional certifications in project management and Agile methodologies, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
