Amal Rauf, CSPO®, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amal started their career as a Summer Intern at Bentley Systems in 2013, where they worked on redesigning and restructuring user control interfaces for an inventory database project. Amal then moved on to Telenor, where they worked as a Business System Analyst from 2014 to 2016. Amal joined Zong CMPak Ltd as an S&D BI Intern in 2018, where they gained experience in channel profitability analysis, sales data analysis, and campaign performance analysis. Amal then returned to Telenor and worked as a Sales Planning Analyst from 2019 to 2021 and as a Pricing Analyst from 2021 to 2022. Amal also worked at Jazz as an Expert Business Analyst from April to October 2022 and at Hamilton Police Service as an Information Technology Help Desk Support from December 2022 to January 2023. Amal Rauf, CSPO®, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Institute of Business Administration, which was obtained between the years 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Amal Rauf has obtained several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
