Emma Statton, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in IT financial planning and compliance. Currently serving as Supervisor of IT Controls & Compliance at Trader Joe's since March 2023, Emma develops annual financial plans and collaborates with IT business units to support projects through financial analysis. Emma also holds a position as Senior IT Financial Analyst at the same company, demonstrating expertise in financial reporting and project pricing. Additional roles include Company Dancer at Pasadena Dance Theatre and Ice Crew member for Ontario Reign, alongside ownership of Statton Athletics. Prior roles included IT Financial Analyst and Internal Controls Specialist at Citizens Business Bank, and various positions in ballet instruction and coaching. Emma holds an MBA in Finance and degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Chapman University and the University of San Francisco.
