Tom Caso has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tom currently works for Tradepoint Atlantic as a Vice President since February 2024. Prior to that, they served as a Director from February 2022 to February 2024 and as a Project Manager from March 2021 to February 2022. Tom also worked at Cap Ex Advisory Group as a Partner from May 2019 to March 2021 and as a Senior Associate from August 2018 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company as a Project Manager from January 2014 to August 2018 and as a Project Engineer from July 2012 to December 2014. Tom gained valuable experience through internships at McCormick as an Engineering and Supply Chain Intern in 2011, and at Alliance Engineering Inc. as a Mechanical Engineering Intern in 2010. Tom also interned at Baldwin Mechanical Contractors as an Estimating Intern in 2009, where they gained hands-on field experience.

Tom Caso earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University in 2012. Tom then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Real Estate and Finance at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2019 to 2021.
