Alex Heung has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Alex began their career as a System Analyst at Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Alex then joined Digital Trade And Transportation Network Limited as a Manager, where they focused on leading a team of IT specialists in the construction and maintenance of the company's electronic platform. In 2008, Alex returned to Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited as a Vice President, overseeing the development and maintenance of IT projects for both public and commercial sectors. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong strategic planning and leadership skills, as well as expertise in system development and project management.

Alex Heung attended La Salle College for an unspecified period of time. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Glassbox Training Workshop in May 2021 and obtained the Glassbox Journey Analyst certification in October 2020. Alex also achieved the Google Analytics for Beginners certification in May 2020.
