Ashwani Dutt has over 30 years of work experience. In 1988, they began their career as a Partner at A. N. Prakash Construction Project Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd, where they were in charge of project management and procurement of new government contracts. In addition, they managed a work force of over 400 employees constructing government building, roads and pipelines for water and sewage. In 1996, they became the Owner of Easy Travel India. In 2005, they became a Partner at DY Indus. Finally, in 2011, they became the Vice President Operations (Central Asia) at Tradefox.

Ashwani Dutt completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Panipat between 1984 and 1988. Prior to that, they completed their High School from I B School Panipat between 1979 and 1981.
