Richard Payne CMILT is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience spanning various roles and companies. Currently serving as National Logistics Manager at TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring since May 2022, Richard has previously worked as a supply chain logistics consultant at Trackwise Designs plc and as a logistics consultant at Cross Manufacturing Company, where responsibilities included process reviews and training for international trade. As the Owner of Rize Promotions UK LTD, Richard managed four music artists and developed KPI performance frameworks. Richard also held the position of Group Logistics Director at Customade Group, overseeing a £7.6 million logistics function, and served as Head of Logistics for UK & Europe at Karndean Designflooring, where significant growth was achieved over eight years through effective project management using Prince 2 methodology.
