Ben George currently serves as the Product Design Lead at Trade Republic since December 2023. Previously, Ben held the position of Staff Product Designer at Shopify from August 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included spearheading experiences on Shopify Collabs and launching initiatives supporting merchants on social platforms. Prior to Shopify, Ben was the Head of Design at ReferralCandy, leading UX for key products, and built a design team as the Head of Design at FreshMenu. Ben also contributed as Creative Director at Lagniapp and Sourcebits LLC, where extensive design work was done for major clients. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from Annamalai University and a Diploma in Media Technologies from the School of Audio Engineering.
