John Miller has had a long and varied career. John began their professional career in 1999 as a staff writer, editor, and columnist for The Bulletin. In 2001, they moved to The International School of Brussels where they worked as a teacher and sports administrator. John then joined Time Magazine in 2002 as a stringer. In 2004, they became a macroeconomics reporter for Dow Jones Newswires. In 2006, they joined the Wall Street Journal as a staff reporter and foreign correspondent. In 2017, they became self-employed as a writer, reporter, and filmmaker, co-directing the PBS documentary 'Moundsville'. In 2018, they became a contributor and columnist for America Media. In 2019, they joined Trade Data Monitor LLC as the Chief Economic Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they became an author for Simon & Schuster.
John Miller attended Mount St. Mary's University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree.
