Nick Underwood is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in Retail and Multi-Unit business operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure and Operations at Tractor Supply Company since September 2022, Nick is dedicated to advancing the company's digital transformation and enhancing infrastructure stability. Nick co-founded Country Hollow Enterprises, LLC, in March 2013, and previously held roles including Consulting CTO at Dell Technologies and Vice President of IT at Banfield Pet Hospital, where Nick drove secure business enablement and cloud solutions. At Target, Nick held multiple progressive positions, culminating in Sr. Director of Infrastructure and Operations, leading a team of over 300 and focusing on service delivery excellence. Nick holds a BA in Politics from the University of Portsmouth.
